HOW IT WORKS
The Laser Stopwatch uses time of flight to measure distance to the athlete. Aimed across the finish line the laser stopwatch can provide times of all racing athletes.
smart software distinguishes the athlete's torso from their arms to give true and accurate times.
When multiple Laser Stopwatches are distributed down the length of the track the system will be able to log increment times of the athletes.
The operation mode of the Laser Stopwatch can be changed to measure instantaneous position, velocity and acceleration by simply placing the stopwatch in the lane and monitoring only one athlete per Laser Stopwatch.
The results of a run are instantaneously displayed on the laptop, ipad or start device (coming soon) pre-assigned names to lanes allow the times to be instantly recorded against their name creating a history for each and every race they do.
